I want to send an Email sana sa may ari ng Artista salon but i dont know how. So instead, i will make it as a review / letter nalang. :)
Here it is:
I want to report the Manager of Artista Salon ,Pulilan Branch.
I got my hair rebonded w/hair color last saturday, october 26, he made my hair for only 4hours (both hair rebond and color) he ironed my hair Once only. I pay 2500pesos and gave him 100pesos as a tip,and asking me to be back after 3days for followup treatment. After i got home,i noticed that my hair's not look like its been rebonded, i should know cause i got my hair rebonded 2years ago, so i texted him that night saying that im afraid its not good. Ive been depressed that night,because i pay 2500pesos but im not satisfied with the result! After 4 days i came to that artista salon again to get my followup cellophane, and asking why my hair look like its not been rebonded, or is there any treatment that we can do, can we repeat it, etc. Then he started shouting and answering my questions in sarcastic way! He's saying that "Gusto mo ata mukang papel yang buhok mo eh" and he also said that my hair is Dry, and thats my reason why i want it be rebonded at the first place!. He also ask in an angry tone if i want it to be repeated, and if so , i'll wait and be back after 1month. I want to repeat,but i wont because of his attitude. I stayed and got my cellophane, he said that it i'll wait for one hour before washing, but after only 20 minutes he washed it.
Im so sad and depressed,because i paid my bills right,gave him a good tip,and im kind to him. But then he gave me that attitude that nobody deserve.
(I hope na makarating to sa big bosses. )
